Do I need to be on camera?
No. You never have to film, show your face, or pick up a camera. You describe an idea and Earthy renders the video.
Do I need any editing experience?
None. If you can describe an idea in a sentence, you can make a finished video.
Do I own the videos?
Subject to our Terms and any third-party rights, you may download, share, and keep videos you render. You are responsible for rights to your inputs and for the rules where you publish.
Do credits expire?
Unused credits do not expire. Each render spends credits from your finite balance, so you may need another pack. There is no subscription or monthly bill.
Can I get a refund?
Apple controls refund eligibility for iOS App Store purchases. Use reportaproblem.apple.com. For a web purchase issue, contact support. We review it under our terms and applicable law, but a refund is not guaranteed.
